After my request for an itemized estimate, Stephen printed a copy ad emailed me while the official copy was being sent to my mailing address. I am disappointed with the amount of communication I received after my field adjuster finished his report. show less

My contractor Mid-Atlantic Contractions (MAC) also submitted adjustments to additional cost that's required by building code at Fairfax/Centreville VA. I did not get the information and decision feedback before I got the check. I will need to be informed of the communication b/w the contractor and the Stillwater.
