I didn't receive any reimbursement until I contacted an attorney and they threatened to sue. Prior to that you agreed to pay less than my deductible. I still have $5,000 in attorney fees to pay.

Friendly, professional, timely. But not thorough explanation of how to come up with the estimate of all cost may incur at my end. Not provide dispute if not agreeable with the settlement.

The biggest complaint I have is that the check was not mailed out automatically. I had to call and see if the check had been mailed, which it had not. It was only sent after I called to ask where the check was. The check should have been sent automatically without me calling to ask about it.

I am very impressed at the quick turn around time. Most companies have you wait weeks. Chris explained everything to me and was very patient. As a new homeowner, it is nice to have someone who has been there, and very professional and easy to talk to! Thank you.
