My claim was handled by one person at the beginning. The person disappeared and I couldn't reach him for weeks. Later I understood that he took another position. I wish my my claim would have given to somebody else as soon as the person was moved. Deanna took over. She was outstanding. A++++ to her. However not sure how the cost repair were estimated. Way low what contractors are giving me.
