The claim adjuster Alexis is really kind enough to talk to me and return phone calls as well as notifying me via emails. She is extremely courteous and understood my concerns. We have been very pleased with the performance and assistance our adjuster gave us during this process. The only matter I am still unclear about is the discount applied. [Claim 2 of 2]

Your system is flawed. Your adjuster makes the lowest estimate. Then we have to go and get the fair estimate. This is timely and not fair.
