Terri was awful to work with. I called on 9/10 and am just now getting a check on 10/23, 1.5 months later??? Awful service. I would email and call daily with no response. Rude and useless.

Claim took close to 40 days to complete. Total claim amount was not paid out. Still awaiting my money owed for cheaper flooring that I had to purchase because insurance did not account for the original purchase price of flooring. Insurance coverage was extremely poor and put me back over a month of waiting. Phone calls and emails not answered due to poor customer service.
