Most despairing part is that I expressed the loss of my bar, stereo system, recorders, irreplaceable traditional clothes and shoes; albums, notes, photographs and it is all worth more than I can say. However, she paid no attention to it all.

Thanks to Rob the claim was finally solved. A check was made out to me and Toyota Financial. My bank would not cash it. I was told to send the check back and they would re-issue it in my name and the collision place. It took weeks and I couldn't get my car. Rob worked on getting the check handled.
