My adjuster who came to my home was a contracted adjuster who did not leave me any contact information. He explained the insurance company claims examiner would be in contact with me. My examiner, James, made initial contact in a timely manner and communicated what he needed to. Thereafter, despite numerous calls by me over the course of 6 weeks, I could not reach my examiner nor get a response to my emails or phone calls. After my agent called twice and then contacted the carrier rep, my case was finally addressed courteously and professionally. However now, after submitting documentation, photos, and invoices to show completion of the work, I am still awaiting reassignment of my claim as of 12/09/2024. show less
