Erica as well as the other ladies who worked with us were kind and professional. They all handled our case about as well as we expected and timely especially while we were displaced. Only one person I spoke with, a young gentleman by voice, was abrasive and cold. I understand they can only do what is allowed but do it kindly in times when clients are in distress.

Greg was very efficient and explained all things. Claim was handled much faster than my expectation.

Agent responsible for my case never returned my call. I needed clarification re: some of the required documents. Telephone operator pleasant but never got a call back so that seemed to delay the process. I did appreciate handling of asbestos requirement. Perhaps it was the responsibility of the restoration company, but I had no idea of the total process and am still waiting for completion.
