The original adjuster went MIA and we weren't even told until we called and someone let us know when we asked for her. Then the 2nd adjuster never communicated with us unless we called. Messages were never returned. It took 2-3 months to even get a clear answer on the project. The process and experience was horrible. I'd never recommend Stillwater to anyone.
