I'm sorry to say but I'm not happy with the amount I was given, plus I wasn't expecting taking so much out of the amount I got. I lost all my personal belongings and that was almost 3,000 and I end up getting $266 which is very unfair. I'm very disappointed.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. Our policyholder did not respond to our request.
