Still waiting on paperwork, calls back and reports (received finally but VERY slow). VERY SLOW, delayed process and hard to get in touch with anyone when need to. Had facts and info incorrect. Even the roof sales guy has said this is the worst process and service he's ever seen. Initially was very frustrated. Received very delayed reports (over 3 weeks from when the adjuster came out to inspect to when we received any info as to amount approved for and then to get the money processed). When we were able to speak to Nick he was great but the process to get in touch or get a call back was very frustrating. All in all I'm glad it's over but I fear a more urgent claim if it were to take this timeframe as well, could have serious financial and livable/structural consequences if not addressed and taken care of more quickly. show less
