The adjuster was horrible. They bullied me and do not pay adequate compensation and they never call and ask how is the damaged. Stay away from this insurance company. It a nightmare for me.

Follow-up was non-existent. And contractor disappeared before getting cleared. Won't use Stillwater again.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. Policyholder was not satisfied with the work completed by the contractor. The insured did confirm all of the work was completed based on the contractor's estimate and he signed a certificate of satisfaction form.

My claim was in fact not handled correctly and I was given a less amount and that's not fair when I haven't had mitigation or an adjuster come out to fix with prices? Please explain and make this right.

Claim adjuster did not keep in touch, I'm new to filing a claim and I was left in the dark. A random number was given to me when they knew I didn't get quoted yet! How was this fair? I reached out a bunch of times and got no response. Please explain and make it right.
