After I filed claim I was told an adjuster would call me. It was 7 days before anyone called. I was expecting a call within 2 or 3 business days.

We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We discovered that the complaint has to do with the GC she hired and not Stillwater or the desk examiner handling the claim. She states she is pleased with Stillwater.
