The part that seemed a bit disconnected was a 3rd party in another state arranging a different company in yet another state to send out someone to appraise the damage. Everyone was polite and friendly. Our claim was so minor compared to others in our state, so understandable if things seemed choppy/disjointed. I was a victim of a Home Invasion (while out of town). There was an issue with sentimental items in my late husband keepsake box. The adjuster was rude and accusing and I tried to tell him know no way I was able to show purchase husband (deceased) purchased items. He was very condescending, basically called me a liar - so now we lost items and was not reimbursed for it. No not satisfied.

Lotte was very courteous and thorough on the phone. We would still be using Stillwater if not for the rates more than doubling from last years.

Really appreciate the professional service.
