Really didn't explain anything to us. We thought six weeks to hear from the claim handler was a bit long. The claims adjuster came to our home within one week of us calling.

Did not receive a breakdown and estimate for which the contractor is charging me. Need a breakdown of cost for items used to repair damaged area. Not sure if the contractor is overcharging me for work performed.
