We called our policyholder to explain that, due to the complexity of wildfire claims including lab analysis processing time, most wildfire claims take 45 days for payment on average. We apologized for not explaining that clearly.

I was not given a sufficient claim settlement to pay a licensed contractor to repair all the damage that was incurred - not by a long shot (Even if the deductible wasn't taken out - which it was)!

Adjuster wouldn't wait for my roofing contractor (only had to wait 5 minutes for him to show up). He rushed through roof inspection to avoid seeing my contractor, was rude and dismissive. Was condescending and dismissive. Was very dissatisfied with how they handled my roof.
