The detailed damage did not include the cost of a damaged smoke alarm, the expensive horse wool looped rug, both which was discussed with inspector both of which he took pictures of and stated he would include in the claim but did not. Also my electric bill was in excess of 50.00 than normal due to fans and dehumidifier that I was not reimbursed for. show less

Our claim was handled well but we got less deductions. We expected minus our deductible only but overall Joy helped us with the claim process. The repairs will be done this month. Thank you for your assistance.

The adjuster was courteous and did all he could to expedite the claim.

Keep up the good work. Very impressed; We left State Farm after over 30 years with them.

Had to replace all roof. I will be shopping for new home insurance and auto insurance.

Due to the traumatic experience I can say that I was pleased with the process from the beginning from the initial call. All reps were courteous and sympathetic. I am happy with the quick and prompt attention my claim received.
