I should have received the full value of my items. I would like to receive the $1010.29 that was held for depreciation. It is not my fault that my house was broken into. My items was in excellent condition. Thank you.

I still have no clue what is going on with my claim or what I pay for. A man came to my house and looked at everything and left. I waited 4 days and had to call him to see what was going on, he said someone will call me and I have not had any calls. I received a check of $75.11? I would love to talk to anyone who can explain the process themselfs and not say; wait for, "them to call you."
