Everything went well and was done in an expedited manner. However, I would not recommend ServPro, they removed areas that were unnecessary and left quite a mess. As of 1-25-19 we are about 2 weeks out of normalcy.

Janice was very patient with all my questions and concerns. It is the first claim I've ever experienced so a lot was confusing. Janice took the time to hear me out and explain why and why not some things were covered etc. She always got right back to me. Thank you.

Brice was fantastic in explaining to me the process of how it would work, as well as all of the pieces of info you need from us. He explained everything clearly and in terms I would understand.
