Originally was responsible for our claim. She was very disinterested and not helpful after day 1. This was our first experience, hopefully last with a fire. From not contacting the second cleaning company after inspection to telling us completely wrong about hotel stay and how we would be handled. Not happy with the way we were treated. Then to find out that she left after not hearing back on a few attempted contacts. Nobody contacted us to let us know until I finally got in touch with Alan. Alan was helpful and professional, if review was on Alan this would be different. But the bad taste in our mouth after way we were left in dark. Thank you for at least picking up and helping with rest of process. The rugh job and being in dark was very much part of decision. However thank you for helping in the initial step and first day of fire, and then again after I reached back out to Alan. Thank you. show less
