Our original reconstruction company actually forgot to submit our claim before going on vacation. We've had mice, rats, birds, raccoons and all sorts of wildlife in our "home" we are very disappointed. show less

Claims under $5000.00 checks should be able to be made out directly to the insured. Making the check out to the insured and mortgage co add an additional 10-14 days before repairs can be done. OOther than that great company to work with.
