Very courteous and timely in handling my claim. My Adjuster was kind and very aware of our needs and explained the whole process throughout.

Mr. Kramer was kind and patient and helped to make an extremely stressful situation tolerable. He was polite and walked me through each step of the process so that I was not overwhelmed. Truly a pleasure to work with.

My adjuster was very courteous and did a good job getting my claim processed. She was friendly and had my best interest at heart. My only concern was it took about 5 weeks to get this done and I wish it could have been done quicker. Overall she was very professional and I'm satisfied with the results.

I will not recommend Stillwater Insurance Company to no one. Service was bad from the time the adjuster came to my home. I feel that I was mistreated by the Claim Adjuster as well as the Claim Supervisor. I've lived in my home for 22 years and never filed a claim yet I was treated like a dishonest person. We were very impressed with Sadie's friendly, professionally and competently handling of our claim. It was actually a pleasure doing business with Stillwater - not at all what most would expect of insurance companies.

I have submitted a estimate of roof and gutter clean and although the amount is not more than 2000/- but it is not approved. Very sad that I am not satisfied with claim and amount I have received. I will not refer to anyone.
