The 1st Adjuster was very unrealistic and poorly handle our case and thanks good has left the company and I end up talking to her supervisor who did great job comparing to her. I told her several time (the 1st Adjuster) that I will terminate my insurance with Stillwater due to the way she handle our case.

Adjuster said he would send an estimate - never did. Julia was great but claim was passed onto another agent because she was out of the office. Julia was great, though. Thank you for trying your best. The mold companies said they were going to send me the estimates and never did. Was told weeks later I needed build back estimates after getting mold estimates. I felt this was a very long and confusing process and it was the fault of other players. show less
