I indicated that the representative who examined the damage didn't get on the roof, he only looked at it from his ladder. I had a roofing company examine the roof and they found damage no visible from a ladder. I submitted photos and estimate to the adjuster and she able to approve the additional cost for repairs. This was my first insurance claim in years and it went smoothly. Thank you!!! show less

Very prompt. We're unsure when Tugwell will do the roof. We have been told that they are scheduling into December.
