On July 18, 2019 our home for 51 years was broken into while I was out on a regular Thursday morning at a gym and lunch afterwards. I was so shocked driving into our garage noticing our broken side door and window, it seemed surreal! I notified the Sheriff?s department, my family and my insurance company. Our sliding glass door to the backyard was shattered to gain entrance to our bedroom where my jewelry box was taken. Pictures were taken and submitted. From the time I spoke with Ann, I talked to her like a friend. She listened and I appreciated her not being pushy but more of a friend helping me get through this horrible ordeal. I submitted our paperwork and photos and sheriff?s report. She made a negative incident less painful. I thank her and the company of Stillwater for your patience. show less

1. Aduster (Field) took about 5 days to inspect claim and new nothing about my policy coverage or deductible. 2. The Office Representative responded quickly with an introductory e-mail and then I heard nothing for 10-12 days. Finally, I called her and then response was quick and check was sent to me in 3 days.
