We appreciate that a roof replacement was covered, but we had a frustrating experience overall. It took over two weeks for our claim to be reviewed after the adjuster's findings were sent. This includes calling and leaving voicemails for the examiner and even her supervisor almost daily and having an active water leak that a temporary roof repair couldn't fix. The examiner never once answered her phone and didn't return voicemails until a week later. Full details of our experience are in the appeal letter emailed about the interior water damage, which was denied even though storm damage contributed to it. The examiner was rude and unable to explain coverage well. She made the process frustrating for us. Thank you for asking for our feedback. show less
