This was my first time making a claim so I was unsure of the process. Stillwater was not entirely clear as to what the next steps were once I submitted my claim. However, after a couple phone conversations. my questions were answered. This took one month to handle which I think is reasonable. Every agent I dealt with was professional and courteous.

The roof is the same roof that has been on the house since it was built in 2003. The adjuster gave me the impression that it was "his" money and I did not deserve it. All of the homes in my immediate area have had roofs replaced in the past two years. show less

The company created a shardship for us. The money we are receiving does not fully pay the repair cost of the items. We are also responsible for the deducitble on our insurance - which gives us less money for repairs. Please try to recover our money. show less
