The adjuster never climbed the roof to inspect tiles and look for leak problem. The adjuster never found the source of the leak. How can I be awarded money and what the hell am I to fix? I'm gonna get screwed. I'm gonna find a roofer and find where the problem is. No thanks to you and your adjuster. I'll be cancelling my coverage with you.
Our response:
We called our policyholder and advised that we had 14 roof-top photos, and he agreed he may have been mistaken. He will call us back if his roofer disagrees with our decision.
