Regarding my claim initiated 9/21/19 - I was very pleased how quickly help came to clean up the water, assess the damages, and identify the source of the leak. All involved were professional and courteous. A generous check came to restore my home in a timely manner. However, I was told by adjuster that I was to send her the receipt to prove the leak was repaired to receive the remaining balance. That was emailed on 10/25 but has not been acknowledged. I have sent it again in 2/22 and hope to get a response with the balance of the claim to close the case. show less
