Your company was very helpful and courteous taking care of the claim. I called and the adjuster responded within a couple of days and came out on time when he said he would. I called and the adjuster responded within a couple of days and came out on time when he said he would. He told us he'd get back to us in a couple of days as to what was next. It took more than a week and I called and he said he'd follow up. He did but it still took a bit and finally was got an email saying it was being resolved and paid. A cheque came within a week and we appreciate all of your help. Thank you. show less
