I'm very disappointed that Stillwater could not help me recover my deductible from my neighbor's insurance company (State Farm). I just called a Board Member to try to obtain information about my neighbor who is responsible for what occurred. I have not seen or heard the neighbor since the incident.

The only positive from this experience was that it was fast. Nothing was explained everything was confusing and when I had questions, it was a struggle to find answers. My local adjuster or agent did not put much effort in helping out and was flat out rude and belittling. (I have the text messages to prove.) I will def be looking for a new company for coverage.
