Upon calling our adjuster he made remarks of how it may not be covered without seeming to care about what I was telling him. There was 0 explanation to what coverage will be applied other than "here is how much we're paying." About 85% of our roof is being replaced but there is a small area that is not. No explanation about coverage or if matching is considered. Felt very impersonal and as if I was a nuisance. No explanation about a follow up call or how we obtain our 2nd payment. show less
