The claim started quickly then after the adjuster got here it stalled. Then we got our answer. Took about week 1/2 to get out check. My wife thought it was too little, but we made it work. Other than that it was fine. We just feel we pay all that money on insurance that we feel we should get quicker service.

Not impressed with the adjuster - 1. My agent was awesome! - 5 Getting the claim settled and filed took much longer than I expected and took much longer than others who filed claims. I had friends already getting new roofs before my claim was even filed. My adjuster wasn't the most pleasant and took his sweet time putting the claim together. The impression I got was that he didn't have my best interest at heart. I have friends whose adjuster totalled and replaced so much more than our adjuster, so it was an interesting comparison and experience. Jim was exception, however, and gave me a lot of time and attention. He helped me understand my claim. He changed my attitude and perspective of your company and the adjuster. He was phenomenal and I'd recommend others to him. show less
