I appreciate my adjuster's patience with me and my getting documents to her. I was going through some personal issues and she continued to assist me in getting this matter resolved. I thank her very much. She remained professional always, sometimes when I didn't deserve it, she adds quality to your company. Thank you.

My concern is that my coverage states all other structures covered under Policy $37,000.00 and the damage was only $5400.00 and Stillwater stated it's not covered under the plan but they will cover my roof $2500.00. Far from the amount stated in my coverage. I pay for insurance to be covered not partial or a small %.

Took way too long to get back to me was handled poorly and way too over priced wanted to put 3rd patch on house roof and nothing to the garage missing shingles only would do a $1000 to something they estimated at $8000 I am doing it myself will only cost me $3000 total material and labor. 2 different water leaks on different parts of the roof and you guy want to only do one patch. Thanks!
