No one ever game me an update. The process took over a month and a half. The case was closed before anyone talk to me and explained anything. I don't agree with what is processed and now you have to send someone to my home again. This is by far the poorest experience I have had with an Insurance Company.

We contacted our policyholder to apologize for the delay and to discuss the supplemental payment for flooring. Our policyholder appreciated the follow up.

I know with Covid, things are different. However it is hard trying to get paperwork to you if you don't allow faxing or "snail" mail. Not everyone has access to a scanner and able to e-mail paperwork. Other than that issue loved the service! Rosheina was AWESOME!
