I wasn't told that any item purchased during vacation would be 100% reimbursed. I only bought bare minimum. It isn't fair to be so limited on clothing. I understand that it is to reduce your liability but I do pay for this insurance. I would have liked to thoroughly utilize my insurance. Not just bare minimum.

The adjuster was outstanding! Very thorough, explained everything and showed us what he found. Very good experience with all aspects after what was a scary storm and aftermath. Thank you for handling everything so quickly.
