It took awhile -- I am and was shocked that I was not adequately covered for my prized necklace. It cannot be replaced. How much more would it cost me if I had a better policy? I do not remember being adequately informed.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder to discuss her coverage. She is interested in scheduling personal property and was transferred to customer service to add that to her policy.
