My gas bill went from 20's temenities to 100's because I had no walls up literally. I'm from NY, I don't use AC till I got these issues (claims) so I've been paying over 80.00 dollars or more out of my pocket for my gas bill. I live downstairs and I use blackout curtains till they ripped them all down and I have plastic coverings, no insulation no where. Paid 2 deductibles and neither was my fault. show less
