Took over 2 months to handle the claim including the claim being closed and re-opened and having 2 different field adjusters and 5-6 desk adjusters. Horrible experience!!

The initial estimator had flaked on us three different times. I had to take time off of work to accommodate her and she was a no-show every time.

Whoever handle my claim was exceedingly unprofessional. She would call me and then not say anything to me. I would wait for 20-30 seconds in silence until she would finally tell me why she was calling or what was going on. She said she didn't kknow how rates were determined, would not transfer me to someone who could help and would only repond to my questions with sarcastic comments: "Well I'm a homeowner too." and she acted like I was the one who had to understand the insurance company, how to handle a claim, and direct the conversation. If this person is a valued employee she should be transferred to a department which has no contact with the public. show less
