The communication between adjuster and myself was very poor. I had one phone call. She said she called other times but there was no voicemail. Trying to contact her was horrendous. Phone calls were not returned. I received only 2 letters explaining information until final decision. It took 7 weeks to process. Renters were left in a mess. I only appreciate the money coming through FINALLY for repairs. Your adjuster Daralyn needs improvement. show less
