Thank you for the efficient handling of this claim. My wife was devastated when she hit the deer, but getting her truck back looking so nice helped her emotionally.

No one in your company was aware until my claim went to management. This was wrong. I was over paying. Not at all happy with all that. Once Pamela discovered this, my claim was paid with no more delay. Pamela handled my conversations and claims very professionally and was kind. She was excellent! show less

Claim has not been handled yet. Phone calls not returned. The adjuster looked at our roof , identified 200 sites of hail damage. Somebody denied the claim looking at computer pics when YOUR adjuster said it was hail damage. No one will return my calls. Your company is not acting in good faith and we will be contacting the state insurance commissioner.
