The process was very slow and had little transparency. We had to call the adjuster ourselves and Stillwater did not follow through on what we were promised. Karen did a decent job but then our claim was closed prematurely and passed around. I still have a check that was also made out to our creditor that I had to deal with alongside house repairs. Thanks for the extra work!
