Mr. Young actually told us to tear out our wall before a visual inspection was completed! He also couldn't explain the process to us. He also would call everyday after 5pm. I told him that anytime during normal business hours would be a better time. His response was "Well I have kids and I can still call you." Very poor emotional intelligence!
