I wish we had a bit more communication in the beginning. We didn't know when the adjuster went to the body shop to do the estimate, and a few days were wasted (7 business days) due to the miscommunication. But we understand that happens and no one is perfect! I think most of the fault for the delay is on the body shop ( the person who corresponded with Stillwater was out the week between Christmas and New Years. show less
