The claim process took a lot longer than needed. The field adjuster was not thorough, therefore delaying the whole process. Also, the response time was not as quick as I like it to be.

The reason we are unsatisfied with our claim is that our adjuster did not do what she said she would. We were concerned that the amount we lost would not be enough to file the claim. WE asked once we knew the amount would she be able to let us know, that way we could make a decision about going through insurance or paying for our lost items on our own. Instead she made the decision for us. So instead of us paying $1,200 to replace our items, we now have to pay our $1,000 deductible and only received from you a check for $233. Because of this we will now have to pay $2,000 toward deductible and replacing everything. If our adjuster would have explained this when my husband asked, we would have decided to pay for our items out of pocket. But because of her lack of knowledge r whether it was lack of consideration of your customers we must pay for it. Also because of this we said we would like to cancel our account with you. When this was mentioned there was no concern of losing a customer. So, this makes us feel like our business does not matter to you.
