[Claim 1 of 2] The person who handled my claim was very professional and sweet. She was patient and quick to respond when needed!! She landed up sending my check to the wrong address so she verified and made sure she had the right one. Her check got here before the other one were she had to process it twice due to wrong address. I recommend her to anyone!!

Then because of not being able to wait she sent it to a wrong address. On top of that it took her 2-3 days 2 out of the 3 times I called her to respond back. She also left a message with the wrong address again so I called her and asked that she would call back just to make sure no response since then! Also her attitude was rude in the beginning. show less

I called our agent Belinda just to advise her of some water damage on the kitchen floor because a pipe broke under the sink. I was standing in the kitchen so I turned the water main off fast still there was damage to the laminate floor which was new. She responded immediately.

Larry was courteous, friendly, and personable. Our claim was fair. The only problem we had was that we waited over a week before an adjuster came to see and evaluate our personal items that were damage. Overall experience was fair.
